Title of the Study: The Role of Educational and Training Authorities in Raising the Level of Employment for Saudi Nation the Private Sector
The Main Aims of the Study:
-Detecting the fields and the skills presented by the educational and training authorities and the suitabilit these fields to the needs of the private sector. Also, noting the capacity of these authorities as well as suitability of these trainees to the needs of this sector
Means and techniques applied in this study:
The searcher applied the Analytic Descriptive Method He also conducted a poll to collect information about the trainees in both sectors public and private. In addition, the researcher interviewed decision makers in both training centers and companies related to t study. The present study depicts 7 main themes connected with the training operation as follows:- the study o skills, new needs, outcomes of training, programs of coordination, the quality of training as well as the
Applied Statistic Methods:
The searcher adopted percentages, T test, K2 test and averages
The Most Important Results and Conclusions :
Trainees are convinced of the suitability of this fields to the needs of the private sector, whereas the co consider them unsuitable .As far as skills are concerned, the trainees and training centers pointed out 1 suffer tremendous lack of the necessary skills such as English and technical skills Concerning, the training needs, trainees believe that the lack of training centers requires the establishi new training bodies in the technical as well as maintenance fields. Regarding coordination programs, points out to the absence of any Body concerned with the coordination between training authorities a companies. The study also sheds the light on lack of information related to the recruitment of trainees point has to do with the quality of training itself. It confirmed the importance of pre-professional tra through long-run programs The study echoed the trainees 'attitude that the government should pay for these programs. Both the sector and the training authorities feel that these expenses should be paid by the companies. This will give a boot to the trainees especially it is for free.
Recommendations of this study:
-The training authorities should focus on selecting the suitable programs that fit the needs of the priv: such as technical sciences, marketing etc...
-Development of the skills selected by the training authorities with a special emphasis on practical sk languages and computing
-A unified authority should coordinate between the private sector and the training authorities on the training programs and the needs requirements. In addition to the application of an exhaustive training guide for training schools
- The importance of connecting the financial aid with the students' performance
